Effective upon public launch

1. What Factor Analytics is

Factor Analytics is a sports analytics platform that provides data-driven model outputs (power rankings, game projections, and system signals) for College Basketball (CBB) and the WNBA. The models are built and maintained by the Factor Analytics team and updated automatically throughout each season.

2. Informational purpose only

All content on Factor Analytics, including projections, picks, rankings, system signals, and win rates, is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, gambling advice, or a recommendation to place any wager. Past system performance does not guarantee future results. Use the models as one input among many, and bet responsibly.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase a subscription. By subscribing you confirm that you meet this requirement. Factor Analytics does not accept wagers, hold funds, or connect to any sportsbook. It publishes data and model output only, and browsing that content carries no separate age requirement beyond the account minimum above. The legal age to place a sports wager is set by your own jurisdiction and is commonly 21 or older in the United States. Complying with the gambling laws that apply to you is your responsibility, not ours.

4. Accounts and subscriptions

To access premium features you must create an account and purchase a subscription. Two options are available: a monthly recurring subscription that renews automatically until cancelled, and a 7-day access pass that is a one-time purchase with no renewal. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

5. Payments and cancellation

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. The monthly subscription renews on the same date each month and can be cancelled at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period with no partial refunds. The 7-day pass is a one-time charge that grants access for exactly 7 days from the time of purchase; it does not renew and is non-refundable.

6. Responsible gambling

Sports wagering carries real financial risk and can become harmful. Never wager money you cannot afford to lose, and do not treat any model output on this site as a reason to increase the size or frequency of your wagers. 7. Prohibited uses

You may not scrape, copy, redistribute, or resell any content from this platform; use automated tools to access the site at scale; share your account credentials with others; or attempt to circumvent any access controls or paywalls.

8. Intellectual property

All model logic, system designs, data outputs, and site content are proprietary to Factor Analytics. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to access the content for your own use. No content may be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Factor Analytics is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any model output. Under no circumstances shall Factor Analytics be liable for any losses, financial or otherwise, arising from your use of or reliance on content published on this platform.

10. Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited uses, or for any other reason at our discretion. If your account is terminated for a ToS violation, no refund will be issued for any remaining subscription period. If we terminate your account for reasons unrelated to a violation, we will issue a pro-rated refund for any unused paid period.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform will be resolved in the courts of New Jersey, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the effective date at the top of this page when changes are made.
